Stress and dealing Effectively with it

Every day we have something in our lives that can trigger a stress reaction. Be it family pressures, work, finances, health or life in general that becomes over whelming. Here you can talk about your personal or non personal stresses and find some workable solutions.

Relaxation Meditation and Releasing of Negativity

Find a place to sit or lay quietly. Close your eyes and concentrate on taking in deep breathes. As you inhale slowly and exhale
slowly start relaxing your body, starting from your feet to your legs, to your hips, to your torso, to your chest, to your shoulders, to your arms, to your neck, to your face and lastly to mind.

  • As you are relaxing imagine each inhaling
of breath is bringing in a white light into the body and it is surrounding the
area you are relaxing.(ie the feet first, then the legs, then the hips and so
forth until you go through the whole relaxation of the body)

  • Inhale deeply and as
you are doing so imagine you are breathing in good happy vibes

  • At each exhale
(breath out) imagine you are collecting all your tension or negativity and
exhaling it out of your body with each breath

  • When you have gone through all the body and have relaxed or released, keep breathing and let your
body and mind go. If you feel that you want to journey allow this to happen.
Sometimes we receive pictures or messages, sometimes we just feel relaxed and
calm. Ask you guides to be present to help guide you and bring you clarity so
    that you may heal
